By downloading, installing, or using SiftLog ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the Application. These Terms apply to all users of the Application.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- •Download and install the Application on devices you own or control
- •Use the Application for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your license type
License Types
- •Free Trial: Full access to the Application for a limited evaluation period
- •Personal License: For individual use on devices you personally own
- •Commercial License: For use within a business or organization
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- •Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
- •Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application
- •Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application
- •Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Application
- •Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- •Share your license key with others or use a single license on more devices than permitted
Intellectual Property
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SiftLog and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- •Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
- •Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- •Any actions taken with your licensed copy of the Application
- •Backing up your data and log files
Third-Party Services
The Application may integrate with third-party services such as AWS CloudWatch. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or functionality of third-party services.
When connecting to AWS or other cloud services, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to access the resources you query through SiftLog.
Payment and Refunds
Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service.

Updates and Modifications
We may update the Application from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security patches. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, some updates may require changes to your workflow. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The AI-powered analysis features provide suggestions and insights but should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIFTLOG, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- •Your right to use the Application will cease immediately
- •You must delete all copies of the Application from your devices
- •Any data stored locally by the Application will remain on your device
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SiftLog operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice through the Application or via email. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
