SiftLog processes your log files locally on your device. Your log data never leaves your computer and is not transmitted to our servers. All AI-powered analysis is performed locally using on-device machine learning models.
License Information
When you purchase a license, we collect your email address and payment information through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). This information is used solely for license validation and order management.
AWS CloudWatch Integration
When you connect to AWS CloudWatch, your AWS credentials are stored securely in your macOS Keychain on your local device. We do not have access to your AWS credentials or the logs you retrieve from CloudWatch.
Analytics
We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve our application. This data is aggregated and does not contain personally identifiable information or any content from your log files.
